In tryouts soccer, the coach should build a good relationship which is open, strong, and productive with the players, league, parents, and the referees.
To make the program efficient to all the kids involved in the session, a coach should cooperate well with others.
The coaches are identified as the agents of the Board and they follow the Board’s guide, philosophy, and improve the agenda for the league as laid down by the board.
No matter whether the team wins or loses, everyone in the team should be able to determine the acceptable behavior patterns, and the coach should lead them by being an example.
A coach must understand and appreciate the age group that he is managing. In soccer tournament, one should respect the decisions and the point of authority of the referee. One should make sure that he or she attends all compulsory coaching and safety workshops on soccer coaching without fail.
The coach can be the leader but the players decide the result of the game.
